Tucker would like to let the world know that the rain doesn't bother him directly. It bothers his brothers and sister, and makes them not want to play outside with him when it comes down. And that makes him sad. Tucker thinks rain days should be saved for the times he doesn't want to go outside. That way he can always have sunshine and fun to play "catch the stick out my mouth" with his best friends.
